The tolerance of the PTFE material is very good. Basically, the membrane can tolerate COD below 50,000. However, the higher the COD, the dissociation and removal of ammonia nitrogen will be affected. Generally, if the COD concentration in wastewater is very high, we will reduce the efficiency of single-stage deamination during design, that is, the membrane area will need to be increased.
