What is the principle of membrane deamination?
Membrane absorption deamination technology is an innovative and efficient process that combines physical and chemical absorption with membrane separation. The process involves adjusting the pH value and introducing ammonia nitrogen wastewater and dilute sulfuric acid absorption liquid into the tube side and shell side of the membrane contactor respectively. As the ammonia in the wastewater dissociates into NH3, it gradually volatilizes from the gas-liquid interface and diffuses through the hydrophobic pores of the PTFE hollow fiber membrane. Finally, it enters the dilute sulfuric acid and gets absorbed.
