SCI-NANO's MDG-M6 degassing membrane contactor is a highly efficient degassing membrane product specially designed for the ink degassing process in the printing industry. This component uses the PTFE hollow fiber membrane technology developed by SCI-NANO, which can significantly remove bubbles and dissolved gases in low surface tension liquids while extending the service life of the component. The liquid flows outside the PTFE hollow fiber membrane filament, while the gas continuously enters the interior of the membrane filament from the outer wall of the membrane. Ink and ink or other liquids are prevented from flowing on the outer wall of the membrane, resulting in low pressure loss and efficient degassing rates. The module adopts a high-density membrane filament filling design, which can provide a large effective membrane area, so it can be used for flow rates up to 1000ml/min and achieve excellent dissolved gas removal rates. The component's small form factor makes it suitable for a variety of applications and use environments, and its black casing protects UV-sensitive inks.
