In view of the diversity and chemical characteristics of flow cytometer mobile phases, SCI-NANO has developed a degassing membrane product SDG-02 with excellent corrosion resistance, chemical stability and excellent compatibility. This component uses PTFE membrane filaments, which has excellent hydrophobicity, can withstand organic solvents with low surface tension, and has a long service life.

SCI-NANO's unique membrane filament weaving arrangement technology is used inside the component, which not only increases the fluid diffusion path, but also increases the flow rate.

SCI-NANO flow cytometer degassing membrane products are small in size, can achieve low flow restrictions, and are widely used in all flow rate ranges, including up to 10mL/min or higher (depending on the system type). In addition, the membrane filaments made of polytetrafluoroethylene enable Konano flow cytometer degassing membrane components to achieve the highest performance solvent degassing in analytical-grade systems. The component has excellent universal solvent compatibility and constant flow restrictions, is suitable for a variety of environments, and is not affected by the exhaust solvent vapor during high-pressure vacuum degassing, thereby achieving the highest degassing efficiency while reducing the risk of pervaporation and related mobile phase changes.
