Currently, various medical automation instruments, such as fully automated biochemical analyzers, are used in the field. During the operation of these instruments, it is necessary to keep the water or reagent filled in the reagent and sample needle tubing. The presence of bubbles in the tubing of precision instrument systems, whether in water or reagents, often interferes with instrument detection and reduces the accuracy of the results. Therefore, reducing and eliminating bubbles/gases in the instrument's reagents and water can improve the accuracy and stability of instrument detection, which is crucial for enhancing instrument performance.

To address the issues related to dissolved gases/bubbles in the liquid to be tested in biochemical analyzers, which can affect the accuracy of the detection, Sci-Nano has developed the MDG-4510 degassing membrane product, which utilizes PTFE hydrophobic hollow fiber membranes to efficiently remove dissolved gases from the test liquid.

During operation, the liquid to be degassed flows through the exterior of the PTFE hollow fiber membranes while a vacuum is applied to the interior of the membranes. Various types of gases dissolved in the liquid will pass through the "breathable but impermeable" membrane wall microholes and be transferred to the vacuum side, effectively removing dissolved gases from the liquid.

This component not only achieves efficient degassing but also reduces the passage of water vapor, preventing gas in the liquid from affecting the detection performance of the equipment. It perfectly removes dissolved gases from the liquid to an ideal level.
